Unable to open Export file

If you are unable to open your export file and receive a Windows error such as:

Sorry, we couldn't find...

Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted?

You unfortunately are encountering a known bug with certain versions of Windows. The name of the file is too long for your version of Windows to understand. 

Solutions:

Option 1: Rename the file to a shorter name. Right-click on the file, select Rename, and shorten the name. 

Option 2: Alternatively, you can log into your account from our website. Select the event from the Past Fairs menu, and click the blue Download button. That will download a file with a short file name.
