I need a copy of a receipt
The below applies to:
- Purchases of StriveScan Fair Credits
- Registration for college fairs where StriveScan is powering the institution registration process
When you make a purchase through StriveScan, our payment system automatically sends a receipt via email. The receipt is sent to the email address of the account that was logged in and purchased the credits, or that was used for registration for the event.
Receipts for Fair Registrations and past Fair Credit purchases can be found in the Transaction History section of your StriveScan account.
If you're still unable to locate your receipt, we recommend you search your email for:
- Subject: Your receipt from StriveScan #XXX-XXXX
- From: An email address @stripe.com
If you remain unable to find your receipt, contact us at help@strivescan.com and include the date of your purchase and what it was for (credits, fair registration, etc.).
