Event Dashboard User Permissions
StriveScan Event Dashboards can be shared with multiple stakeholders. Each person should have their own StriveScan login and be assigned a permission level appropriate for their needs and role.
All user levels can view the same overview information on the dashboard itself. The primary distinction is whether and how much raw data the user can export. The raw data export includes every registrant's registration profile and every attendee's scanning data.
There are three levels of permission:
Full Access
- Full Access is the appropriate level for the primary fair/event coordinator.
- If you are StriveScan's primary contact person for the fair, you will be assigned Full Access permission by default.
School Access
- School Access is the appropriate level for a counselor who should be able to see overall event stats, but only can export raw data for people from their school(s).
Overview Access
- Overview Access is the appropriate level for assistants who only need access to high-level event stats and should not be able to export any raw data.

Assigned by Event
Dashboard permissions are assigned per event. As a result, a user may be a Full Access user for a fair they coordinate, and a School Access user for a different fair where they only bring their students.
Sharing and Managing Other Users
Only Full Access users can invite new users to the dashboard. Users with Full Access can also remove any users and adjust permission levels, including those of other Full Access users.
Registrant and attendee Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is available in the raw data export, so a Fair Coordinator should take PII into careful consideration when deciding appropriate levels of access for new users.
