Printing Student Barcodes

There are two ways to access your students' barcodes from your Event Dashboard.

Are you a high school counselor and don’t have dashboard access?

Reach out to the fair’s coordinator and request to be invited to the dashboard.

  1. Log into your Dashboard.
  2. Click the Barcodes button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
  3. Select the print layout you'd prefer: 1 per page or 4 per page
  4. Select the school(s) for which you would like to print barcodes.
  5. Click Submit. A PDF file will be emailed to you.

Choose your print layout

1 per page

  • With this option, no cutting is required.
  • Each student will receive one piece of paper with their barcode.
  • This is easier, but requires more paper.

4 per page

  • With this option, you'll save paper, but requires cutting.
  • On each page, there will be four student barcodes printed.
  • You'll need to make two cuts to split the page into the four barcodes.
  • Once you cut the page apart, you can stack the sections on top of each other and that will maintain the sort order.

    Cut 4 barcodes per page
First, cut the stack vertically and horizontally
Then place the stacks on top of each other in this order, which retain the proper sorting

Sort Order

Barcodes in the PDF document will contain all of the students registered from the selected school and will be sorted in the following order:

  • High School Graduation Year: 1 → 9 (seniors → freshmen)
  • Last Name: A → Z
  • First Name: A → Z
