How do I export my event data?

It's very simple. You can export from the app, our website, or set up Automatic Uploads.

A few tips to keep in mind:

• You can export your StriveScan data at any time. 
• StriveScan does not automatically send export files: you simply click the Export button at any time or set up Automatic Uploads.
• You can export immediately after a fair, or months later. 
• You can click the Export button as many times as you need and a new file will be sent each time. 
• If multiple people from the same institution scan at a fair, the scans will be consolidated into one file for that event. A column in the export file will note which representative scanned which students.
• Any Admin or Standard User on your institution's team account can export any list. Whoever clicks the Export button will receive the export email. 

In-Person Fairs

StriveScan Mobile App

• From the Fairs tab, tap on Past Fairs
• Tap on the Fair Name
• Tap on the blue Export All button
• A download link will be emailed to you instantly
  • For security reasons, the download link will be valid for seven days from when you clicked the export button. After seven days, that particular download link will expire. Simply click the export button again to obtain a new export email with an active download link.

StriveScan Website

• From the Fairs tab, click on Past Fairs
• Click on the Fair Name
• Choose to export your scans to your Email or Download to your computer
• If you select Email: a download link will be emailed to you instantly
  • For security reasons, the download link will be valid for seven days from when you clicked the export button. After seven days, that particular download link will expire. Simply click the export button again to obtain a new export email with an active download link.
• If you select Download: the file will start downloading to your computer

Virtual Events

Note: You will need a StriveScan account in order to access virtual event data. Please refer to our website for more information on creating your account or joining your institution's account.

• Tap on the Event Name
• Tap on the blue Export All button
• A download link will be emailed to you instantly

• From the Virtual section, click on Past Virtual Events
• Click on View Event
• Choose to export your scans to your Email or Download to your computer
• If you select Email: a download link will be emailed to you instantly
  • For security reasons, the download link will be valid for seven days from when you clicked the export button. After seven days, that particular download link will expire. Simply click the export button again to obtain a new export email with an active download link.
• If you select Download: the file will start downloading to your computer
