What is the Transaction Fee?

When registering for a fair or making a payment via StriveScan's Institution Registration, a Transaction Fee may be applied. The transaction fee is not a credit card fee and applies regardless of payment method.

The transaction fee supports a portion of the cost of the processing a registration and related services.

Fair hosts have the choice to pay this cost or pass it along to the registrant. If the cost is absorbed by the host, the Transaction Fee will not appear on the registrant's order or receipt.

If the cost is passed on to the registrant, the amount will be displayed in the Order Summary section before checking out.

There is no Transaction Fee for purchasing a Fair Credit.
