Institution Registration for Representatives

This information is for organizations who scan at StriveScan events. If you’re a fair host looking for information on Institution Registration, see Institution Registration for Hosts.

Many college fairs partner with StriveScan to power Institution Registration. You must be logged into your StriveScan account to access available registrations.

Registering for Fairs

  1. Log into your StriveScan account. (If you need to create an account, do that first!)
  2. Find the list of Available Registrations in the Registrations tab of your StriveScan account. You can see if anyone from your StriveScan team has already submitted a registration, and the date when each registration form opens and closes.

If you don't see a certain fair available for registration, it may be because the fair is Invite-Only and you/your StriveScan team have not been provided access by the host. First, confirm that you are on the correct StriveScan team (you may need to merge teams). Then, if the fair still isn't visible, reach out directly to the fair host to to request that they add your team to the invitation list.

  1. To submit a new registration, click the Name of a registration form. This will display the Event(s) available for registration. Click Add to add selections to your order.

  1. Review the Refund Policy and Registration Terms, answer the additional Question(s) (if necessary), then click Review Selections.

  1. Confirm your Order Details, then click Proceed to Checkout.

  1. Under Payment Details, add your payment method, then click Save Payment Method.

Optional: checking the box next to "Save this card for future use" will make that payment method available for future transactions.

  1. Under CC Emails, add any other email addresses that should receive communications about this registration. Agree to the terms and policies, then click Submit Payment.

Registration details and a receipt will be provided upon payment, available via email and in your StriveScan account.

Accessing Completed Registrations

You can access your team's Completed Registrations via your StriveScan account.

You can search by form title, fair name, or use Fair Filters to find registrations.

Under Completed Registrations, click View to access your receipt (also sent via email), or the three dots to View Registration, Add a Registration, or Cancel Registration.
